| | | Ordering Christmas Holly for 2010. Please give us your e-mail address if possible and expect a reply. If you are a current or former customer whom we have contacted please do not use this form but phone or e-mail us or send us the updated information by mail. ********************************************** If you received holly in the past and it arrived frozen (blackened) the postal trucks carrying it from the airports to your home must have been delayed. It may have been exposed to freezing temperatures in trucks, particularly if you were not home when first delivered and a card was left and the holly returned to the post office, possibly spending several hours or even overnight in the trucks. If the holly arrives in unsatisfactory condition please contact us by e-mail AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. holly@hollychristmas.com ********************** When ordering please give us your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (if you have one). Also your recipient's name(s), addresses and telephone numbers (including area codes and postal codes), and e-mail address, if you know it, and what you want written on the cards we can enclose for you. If you prefer, send us your cards and we'll enclose them with your holly. Pay by cheque (Blue Haze Farm) (send it by mail) or give us your VISA or Mastercard number and expiry date or send information and telephone us with credit card information if you prefer. Shipping by Expedited Post to Canada costs $35 for each address. This is the total cost, including holly, shipping and taxes. Cost to BC and continental USA addresses, guaranteed safe arrival, is also $35, except the cost to Victoria area addresses is $10. However, in very cold areas the holly may spend some time in postal trucks from airports to homes and in outdoor group boxes where it is subject to freezing. Frozen holly turns black. Sent by Expedited Post we cannot guarantee its safe arrival due to our experience in the past several years with slower mail delivery and frozen holly. We will request that the post office not leave a box on the porch or outdoor drop boxes and instead leave a card advising the recipient to pick up the box of holly at a local post office at their convenience. Shipping by Express Post to eastern Canadian addresses is significantly faster and, therefore, much safer, and avoids the disappointment of the holly arriving frozen. Cost by Express Post is as follows: to the Prairie Provinces $45, to Ontario $50, to Quebec $60 and to the Maritimes $65. These are based on P.O. prices and we will guarantee its safe arrival when shipped by this method and if it arrives in poor condition we will ship another box (if there is time) or refund your money. Please order as early as possible, after Dec 14 we must ship by Express Post for it to get to the recipients before Christmas. These are total prices: they include shipping, handling, and taxes (if applicable) . Phone or fax us, mail cheque or order online ... give us your card information or we will contact you for it. Expect an acknowlegement to confirm. CLICK ON AND COMPLETE THE ONLINE ORDER FORM AND WE WILL CONFIRM THE COST BEFORE SENDING TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS AS YOU INTEND.
